How RetaPOS handles the information you share with us on www.retapos.com.

This policy covers the RetaPOS marketing website (www.retapos.com): the pages you browse, the demo and inquiry forms, and the cookies the site uses. Data that our customers store inside the RetaPOS POS app (their products, sales and customer records) is covered by the customer agreement for that service, not by this page.

1. Information we collect

When you request a demo or send an inquiry, we collect what you type into the form:

• your name, email address and mobile number (with country code);
• the subject and message you write.

Along with the form, our server records:

• the date and time of the request;
• your IP address;
• your browser and device type.

We use these to answer you and to detect spam and abuse.

When you browse the site, our web server keeps standard technical logs: IP address, pages requested, browser type and errors. We use them to keep the site secure and working.

Google Analytics runs only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline or ignore the banner, it is not loaded. When it runs, it collects usage statistics such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type, with IP anonymisation enabled.

2. How we use your information

• To contact you about your demo request or inquiry, by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• To understand how visitors use the website and improve it (only with analytics consent).
• To protect the site and our forms against spam, fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Cookies and similar storage

You can change your analytics choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will then appear again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, but the forms need the security cookie to work.

4. Third-party services

The website relies on these providers, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy:

• Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on forms). Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Google Analytics (usage statistics, only with your consent).
• Google Fonts (web fonts, loaded once you interact with a page).
• WhatsApp (only if you choose to message us via a WhatsApp link).

5. Sharing

Your inquiry is shared only with the RetaPOS team who respond to it. We disclose personal information to others only where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the security of our services.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide the service you asked about, and keep reasonable business records. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner (see below).

7. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Our forms are protected against forgery, automated spam and abuse, and access to inquiry data is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct or delete it;
• object to or restrict how we use it;
• withdraw any consent you gave.

9. Children

The website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's information.
